Our refund policy is designed for a digital guidance service where preparation work may begin soon after checkout.
Before support begins
If you purchased by mistake and we have not started reviewing your setup form, preparing guidance, or providing WhatsApp-based support, contact us promptly and we will review the refund request.
After support begins
Once we have started providing digital guidance, reviewing your setup details, or responding to support questions, refunds may be limited because the service has already begun.
No guarantee-based refunds
We cannot refund solely because a third-party app, payment method, identity check, ticketing platform, or delivery service does not approve, accept, or complete an action. Those outcomes are controlled by the third-party platform.
How to request a refund
Email support@chinatripcare.com with the checkout email, package purchased, payment date, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle where applicable.
