Terms of Service

China Trip Care provides friendly China travel help for foreign travelers visiting China. Support may include checklists, app workflow explanations, preparation guidance, local context, address help, communication help, and WhatsApp-based trip support depending on the package purchased.

We are not a travel agency, visa service, financial service, money transfer service, payment processor, VPN or proxy seller, booking agency, government service, or replacement for official app support.

We do not make large payments, handle sensitive account actions, bypass platform rules, register accounts for you, or guarantee approval by third-party platforms such as Alipay, WeChat, train ticketing apps, ride-hailing apps, delivery apps, or map services.

For small travel tasks, we may help prepare or complete simple app-based steps when possible, with customer approval and separate third-party costs. Platform availability, merchant rules, payment acceptance, booking results, and refunds are still controlled by third parties.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, following the rules of each third-party app, using your own accounts and payment methods, and confirming official travel, legal, visa, transport, and platform requirements directly with the relevant providers.

App availability, verification, payment acceptance, identity checks, ticket availability, transport rules, and delivery options are controlled by third parties. Their policies, pricing, and availability may change without notice.

Payments are processed through Paddle. We do not store full card details or process payments on our own servers. Tax handling, receipt delivery, and supported payment methods may depend on Paddle checkout settings and your location.
