Third-party purchases are paid separately

The package price covers China Trip Care assistance. If a request requires us to pay for a ride, meal, ticket, delivery, or another third-party purchase on your behalf, we may ask you to add a prepaid task balance first. Only approved expenses are deducted, and any unused prepaid task balance will be eligible for refund after the service ends, less completed purchases, customer-approved expenses, non-refundable third-party charges, and any fees disclosed before payment.
