Universal Beijing Resort is in Tongzhou, well east of central sightseeing. Treat it as its own full day rather than an add-on after the Forbidden City or Summer Palace.

Use the Universal Beijing Resort official app, mini programs, contact center, flagship store, or an explicitly authorized partner. The resort warns travelers to avoid fake tickets and lists authorized routes in its official FAQ.
Foreign citizens use passports for identity verification. Link the order in the official app and check whether your product also requires a park reservation. Ticket terms, date changes, and refunds depend on the product and timing.
Set up the app before leaving the hotel
- Confirm that the ticket appears under the correct passport name.
- Complete any reservation or photo step required by your ticket type.
- Download or screenshot the confirmation in case mobile data fails.
