Identify where the booking failed
- Before selecting a time slot: likely inventory, release window, or closure issue.
- At traveler details: likely document type, name, nationality, or age field.
- At phone verification: likely country-code or account requirement.
- At payment: likely method, issuer, merchant, or duplicate-attempt issue.
- After payment: check order history before trying again.

- The passport number has no spaces or copied punctuation.
- Surname and given names match the requested fields.
- The chosen date and time still have inventory.

- No completed or pending order already exists.
Do not create a duplicate order
If the app freezes or returns an unclear message after payment, check your order list and payment history before resubmitting. A second attempt can create two reservations or two pending charges.
Keep screenshots and transaction references. Refund and reversal timing is controlled by the booking provider and payment network.
Try a permitted alternative
